We offer a 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee. We warrant that the product you ordered will perform its function as described. If you find that the product does not perform as described, or that the product does not match the description, we will send you a replacement or issue you a refund to your original payment method. 

You may also claim the Satisfaction Guarantee if the item has arrived broken, squashed, cracked, stained, soiled, ripped, discolored or water damaged

You can also request a refund if you simply changed your mind, and do not want the product any longer.

Please contact us within 30 days after delivery. We will send you a replacement or issue you a refund to your original payment method. 

Please note that sometimes packages can be squashed, dented or bent in transit. Please open the package and inspect the item. It is securely packaged inside, and in most cases has no damage and is in its original condition. 

Damaged Products - Refund and Exchange Process 

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it on the delivery manifest when signing for delivery. If the courier has left your product without obtaining a signature, take note of the damage.

We will require proof of damage in the form of three (3) clear photographs showing the damage to the product. We will also require a photo of the package the item arrived in, and a photo of the delivery slip/delivery manifest. If the photos are not clear or you refuse to send us required photos or proof of damage, we will be unable to process the refund or exchange.

You do not need to send back to us the product if it is damaged. We encourage you to donate it to a worthy cause if it still can be used or worn (such as if it has stains), or recycle it appropriately.

Not Satisfied for Any Reason - Refund and Exchange Process 

Luvtobeme.com is committed to your happiness. We want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are in serving you. 

You may return any item in its original, unused condition within 30 days of the delivery date if you are not satisfied for any reason, have a change of mind, or the size is wrong. The product must be unused and/or unworn. If the product has been used, returns are not possible. 

We will refund the item cost to you in full, or we can send you a similar replacement product at no cost to you.

Once you contact us, we will provide the address to return the products to. The return address is in Australia. 

Please make sure you include a copy of your order confirmation email along with information on the reason for your return and how we can help you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. 

Your shipping costs in returning a product to us are non-refundable (in either money or credit) by us.

Please keep a copy of your receipt of proof of shipment for any returns back to us.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your item arrives safe and sound. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, due to possible unforeseen delivery issues.

All goods must arrive to us in their original, unused, unworn and resalable condition. In the case that your items are returned without the original packaging, we will not be able to process your return.

Returns generally take 2-5 business days to process. Once we have received your product and processed the return, a replacement product or a refund will be offered.

If you wish a refund, please let us know. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If you wish a replacement product to be sent, please let us know. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
