We offer FREE shipping worldwide on all our products. 

How can we offer free shipping?: We have proactively negotiated the best possible prices with our suppliers, and requested them to absorb the shipping costs as well. Hence all products will be shipped to you free of any shipping costs.

Why do we offer free shipping?: Because like you, we hate getting to the payment page, and having large shipping costs added to the final price. What looked like a fantastic price for a great product, suddenly doesn't look so good any more.

Surely, there's a catch?: No, not at all. Please read on...

Orders are processed: Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm. Please allow 1 to 3 days for your order to be processed, and up to 5 days during large promotions and busy lead ups to holiday periods.

Order Confirmation Email: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This will have your order number, which you'll need for tracking your package. At this point, we’ve received your order in our system and have processed your payment. Your product is being packaged and prepared to be mailed. Please allow 1 to 3 days for this to complete and for it to be handed over to the courier.

Tracking Number: Once your product has been handed over to the courier company, a tracking number will be provided to you by email. You'll need your tracking number to track your package HERE.

Shipping service: We use the ePacket shipping service for deliveries to the US, Canada, Australia, NZ, UK, EU, and over 30 other countries. ePackets are the fastest, safest and most cost effective way to get our products to you, ensuring you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping times: Based on our experience shipping thousands of products worldwide, the following are the typical shipping times:

  • USA: 14-21 days
  • Canada: 16-28 days
  • Australia/NZ: 14 to 21 days
  • UK/Europe: 21-41 days
  • Middle East/Africa: 37-60 days
  • South-East Asia: 21-41 days

Most products arrive in the lower to middle range of those time estimates. Sometimes due to unforeseen issues such as weather, labour strikes, busy periods, breakdowns in the delivery chain, products may be delayed and arrived at the middle to higher range of the delivery times.

Christmas Season: To receive your item before Christmas, please order by the following cut-off dates.

  • USA: 1st December
  • Canada: 24th November
  • Australia/NZ: 1st December
  • UK/Europe: 14th November
  • Middle East/Africa: 24th October
  • South-East Asia: 14th November

Of course you may still order your item after the above dates, but we can't guarantee that the postal service or courier will deliver them before Christmas.

Holidays and special occasions: If you wish to receive your order by a certain date (for example a birthday, Mother's day, Halloween), please order 3 weeks in advance.

Item not received: If an item is not received by the below cutoff dates (for each country or  region) after the original purchase, we will reship a new order to you at no cost.

  • USA: by 21 days after shipping date
  • Canada: by 28 days after shipping date
  • Australia/NZ: by 21 days after shipping date
  • UK/Europe: by 41 days after shipping date
  • Middle East/Africa: by 60 days after shipping date
  • South-East Asia: by 41 days after shipping date
